Our own Aircraft Maintenance Organisation, located at Lanseria Airport, Johannesburg, offers full support to all our African operations.  The department is both South African CAA, Ivory Coast and Zambian approved.

The maintenance division also conducts third party maintenance, focusing on turbo prop type aircraft, including ATR42, B1900, B200 King Air and Cessna 208 series.  It is also well equipped for field and heavy maintenance, including hot section inspections, rebuilds, refurbishing, overhauls and avionics.

Each base of operation has its own on-site engineers as well as a client-specified spares package enabling us to support our fleet in the field.  The light maintenance capability in the field allows us to minimize the aircraft downtime necessary and position aircraft for extended periods of time.

All our aircraft are tracked on our internal MRO/P&W software systems at our head office.  This allows us to monitor both the maintenance and configuration baselines of the fleet in real time.   Via Web based communication systems, this system provides our engineers in the field with the data required to ensure maintenance standards in accordance with the most stringent aviation authority regulations.
