Rob worked for Solenta Aviation and DHL as a pilot, flying in Zimbabwe, Zambia, Malawi and West Africa - Cote d'Ivoire, Ghana, Sierra Leone, Dakar.

Rob then went into management with DHL, working in Zimbabwe and then moving to their Aviation headquarters in Bahrain. Rob saw the potential of tourism in Zimbabwe, and rejoined Solenta Aviation Zimbabwe to help set up the tourist scheduled route, lodge shuttle and charter service.

Corrina was a flight attendant for Air Zimbabwe for many years, before leaving to work as a manager in the airline industry in Zimbabwe, then moving on to DHL Aviation, Zimbabwe. Corrina has worked for Solenta Aviation Zimbabwe for the past five years, managing the Beechcraft 1900D and Cessna 208B aircraft.

Corrina was pivotal in the launch of the new Solenta Aviation tourist operations. She has worked closely with the Civil Aviation Authority of Zimbabwe CAAZ and Ministry of Transport – both authorities shared the vision to bring a safe, reliable and affordable aviation solution to re-energise Zimbabwe tourism.
