Graham joined Meyer Wilson & Marsh Chartered Accountants & Auditors as an Articled Clerk in 1997. He studied B Compt at Unisa on a part time basis while doing his articles. After completing his articles in 1981 he became the Audit Manager at MWM.

He then joined Controlled Farming Holdings Ltd as an Accountant in 1984 and was promoted to Finance Manager for the group in 1986.

In 1988 he joined the Board of Agritox Plant Producers (Pty) Ltd as a Director and also continued his duties as Group Finance Manager at Controlled Farming Holdings Ltd. In 1999 he started at Proton Pre-Pack in a Finance & Business role a electrical components distribution company.

He started at Solenta Aviation in 2002 as Finance Manager and changed to become the General Manager Foreign Bases in 2005.

Ronald has a degree in Aviation Management, a private pilot's licence, and is presently studying towards a commercial pilot's license.

Ronald has worked in the aviation industry since he left college. He has worked all over Africa as a field-office controller, at headquarters as an operations controller. His dedication, ability and passion earned him a role as Operations Manager for Solenta Aviation, managing several aircraft on a daily basis for key clients.

Ronald and his Operations Controller, Anita Enslin are focussed on ensuring a smooth, safe and efficient operation on their contracts.

Agathe was a Programmer Analyst at Famic Technologies in Montreal from November 1988 to April 1999. In 2000 she obtained a Diploma in English Study in Toronto, Canada. She studied at the University of Quebec in Montreal and obtained a B.Sc degree in Computer Science and Management Systems.

She moved to the Ivory Coast and worked as a Forwading Agent from 2001 to 2002 at Tecram Transit.

She joined Solenta team in July 2002 as Assistant Manager and became the Base Manager in June 2005.
